Board members and senior executives in both Invajo Technologies AB (“Invajo”) and EPTI AB (“EPTI”) have acquired shares in Invajo to a value of approximately SEK 5.8 million during the period October 28 to November 1, 2021. Invajo has previously announced that it has entered into a letter of intent to enter into a share purchase agreement of a so-called reverse acquisition of EPTI, with EPTI taking the place of Invajo on First North.

Summary of board members and senior executives who have acquired shares in Invajo during the period:
EPTI’s board member Sebastian Nyaiesh acquired 598,186 shares, through companies, to a value of SEK 4,306,903
Invajo’s acting CEO Love Carlsson acquired 60,000 shares, through companies, to a value of SEK 417,600.
EPTI’s VP Commercial Kristoffer Sandberg acquired 57,492 shares, both through companies and privately, to a value of SEK 391,505.
EPTI’s board member William Moulod acquired 34,166 to a value of 232 331 SEK.
EPTI’s chairman of the board Tord Lendau acquired 20,000 shares to a value SEK 134,000.
Invajo’s board member Hans Isoz acquired 20,000 shares to a value SEK 130,000.
Invajo’s CFO Adam Bäckström acquired 16,000 shares to a value SEK 106,080.
EPTI’s Deputy CEO Måns Pontén Söderlind acquired 14,900 shares to a value SEK 99,573.
