EPTI’s subsidiary Actea receives additional order worth SEK 9 million from the Swedish Defense Materiel Administration

EPTI AB (publ) has, through its wholly owned subsidiary Actea Consulting AB (“Actea”), a consulting company in business and organizational change, today signed an extension of a service supplier agreement with the Swedish Defense Materiel Administration (“FMV”). The additional order covers services for 2022-2023 and the value amounts to SEK 9 million.

The original contract was signed in 2021 containing an order value of SEK 4.5 million for services throughout March 2022, including two options. Actea and FMV have agreed to sign an extension worth SEK 9 million through exercise of the first option. Delivery of services will take place 2022–2023. The original agreement includes a second option with final delivery in December 2025 worth an additional SEK 9 million.
