EPTI Raises €2M+ in its Series A Funding Round

EPTI AB, a Stockholm-based Venture Builder, raised over €2M in funding.

The round was subscribed by the entire management group and all prior owners. The investment round was led by Allanova AB and included notable investors Mattias Hedwall, Gerard De Geer and Tord Lendau.

The company intends to use the proceeds to accelerate its strategic expansion and will continue building new ventures during 2020.

Founded in 2017, EPTI AB (formerly known as M2BIT AB), is a Venture Builder that empowers innovation using its distributed teams to build, invest in and transform ideas globally. EPTI AB focuses on its four business models: consulting with large companies (Enterprise), joint-ventures together with partners (Partner), creating ventures from scratch (Transform) as well as investing cash and technology in third-party ventures (Invest).
