The Board of Directors of EPTI AB (publ) (“EPTI” or “the Company”) has resolved on to carry out the directed share issue of a total of 2,059,569 shares to Aggregate Media Fund X Kommanditbolag (“Aggregate Media”) that was previously communicated through a press release on March 21, 2022.
The subscription price in the directed new share Issue is SEK 7.89 per new share and has been determined through an agreement with Aggregate Media. The proceeds amount to approximately SEK 16.25 million and are intended to be paid by set-off. The directed share issue provides EPTI with significant marketing resources, which significantly strengthens the Group’s deep operational support and enables offensive brand initiatives for both the parent company and the Group’s portfolio companies.
Through the directed share issue, the number of shares and votes in the Company increases by 2,059,569 from 101,955,320 to 104,014,889 shares and votes, equivalent to a dilution of approximately 1.98 percent. The share capital increases by SEK 514,892.25 from SEK 25,488,830.00 to SEK 26,003,722.25.
